Article 2 (Definitions)

  4. Private bot: the feature allowing a User to register their own Discord bot token and run the Service under their own bot, available at no additional charge.
  5. Web store: an online sales page (storefront) that a User can run on a dedicated address; it is an additional feature reachable only while a paid subscription is active.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of these Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, and will give notice at least 7 days in advance (at least 30 days in advance for changes unfavourable to Users).
  3. A User who does not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service and withdraw their membership.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

The Company provides the following:

  • Product sales, stock management and automatic delivery inside a Discord server
  • Automatic top-up by bank transfer, culture gift cards, crypto assets and recurring card payment
  • SMS identity verification and automatic content screening
  • Collection of delivery addresses and registration/tracking of waybill numbers for courier-shipped goods
  • Real-time payment and purchase logging, delivered to a Discord channel
  • Unified operation through the web panel, including co-management (delegating permissions to invited members)
  • A buyer-only page for checking balance, purchase history and delivery status

Article 5 (Fees)

  1. The basic subscription fee is KRW 3,000 per month and grants 30 days of use from the time of payment.
  2. The private bot is available at no additional charge.
  3. The Company may change fees after prior notice; changed fees apply from the next billing cycle.

Article 6 (Registration and Accounts)

  1. Users register through Discord OAuth login. A Google account may optionally be linked so that Google login can also be used.
  2. To complete registration, the User must agree to all of the following: confirmation of being 14 years of age or older, consent to the collection and use of personal information, and consent to these Terms. Registration does not proceed unless every item is agreed to. Persons under 14 may not sign up for the Service.
  3. At registration the bot must join the server with administrator permission; without it, registration cannot proceed.
  4. Users are responsible for the security of their own account credentials (linked Discord and Google accounts, bot token, two-factor authentication).
  5. Where a User invites another person through the co-management feature, the consequences of what that person does within the delegated scope are attributed to the User.
  6. The Company may restrict use if impersonation or registration of false information is confirmed.

Article 7 (Obligations of the User)

Users must not:

  • Sell or broker goods that violate the laws of the Republic of Korea, public order or good morals
  • Sell prohibited items such as pirated works, narcotics, weapons, gambling, obscene material or personal data
  • Misuse another person's payment information or Discord account
  • Interfere with stable operation of the Service (DDoS, abuse, automated abnormal requests and the like)
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or of third parties

In addition, a User selling courier-shipped goods must register the waybill number within the period set by the Company; if that period is exceeded, use of the Service may be restricted in order to protect buyers.

In the event of a breach the Company may restrict or permanently suspend use of the Service without prior notice, and has no obligation to refund.

Article 8 (Suspension of the Service)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service where operationally necessary, such as for inspection, maintenance or replacement of systems, and will as a rule give prior notice.
  2. The Company is not liable for suspension caused by force majeure such as natural disaster, war, loss of communications, or failures at Discord or a payment provider.

Article 9 (Termination and Restriction of Use)

  1. A User may cancel automatic renewal at any time, ending the Service from the next billing cycle.
  2. Where a User breaches these Terms or applicable law, the Company may restrict use or terminate the contract after prior notice (or notice afterwards in urgent cases).
  3. If server registration is not completed within 24 hours of inviting the bot to a Discord server, the bot leaves that server automatically. In that case, inviting the bot again and completing registration restores normal use.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not responsible for the content, quality or refunding of goods and services traded by Users through the Service.
  2. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between Users (such as refund disputes between a buyer and a seller); such disputes are resolved between the parties.
  3. The Company is not liable for damage arising from a User disclosing their own bot token, linked accounts or two-factor authentication to others.
  4. The Company is not liable for damage arising from a User's failure to properly manage a device registered for automatic top-up (such as a linked smartphone app).

Article 11 (Governing Law and Disputes)

  1. Disputes relating to these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Where litigation is brought over a dispute arising from use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act shall be the court of first instance.
