Frequently asked questions

How are shop payments processed?
Payments go through the method each shop owner registers themselves (bank transfer, gift cards, etc.) — KINIS is software that automates deposit confirmation and delivery. Your sales proceeds never pass through KINIS.
How do restock notifications work?
When a user selects an out-of-stock item, a "Notify me" button appears. The moment the admin enters new stock in the panel, every user who requested it gets an automatic DM.
Why is identity verification billed separately?
50 are free with every subscription payment. Carrier SMS verification carries an external network cost, so beyond that free amount you top up at 1,000 KRW / 100 verifications per top-up.
Do my settings disappear if my subscription expires?
No. Your data and settings stay safely stored even after expiry. Renewing brings everything back instantly.
Is there a user management feature?
You can view/edit per-user balances, export purchase and top-up history as CSV, and block/unblock specific users — all from the panel.
